The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice 1994 (No. 5380) Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, and a delegation made, pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Regional Fisheries Services Manager, MAF Fisheries hereby makes the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator) Notice 1994. (2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Interpretation In this notice, ``type approval'' means an approval given by the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries under regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993. 3. Grant of type approval Pursuant to regulation 5 (2) of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, a full type approval has been granted to the following Inmarsat-C device: Manufacturer: Trimble Navigation Limited. Revocation of type approval Pursuant to regulation 5 (8) of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, the full type approval granted to the following Inmarsat-C device on 4 March 1994, is revoked with effect from 1 April 1995: Manufacturer: Trimble Navigation Limited.
