Appointment of Chairman of the Higher Salaries Commission Pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Higher Salaries Commission Act 1977, Her Excellency the Governor-General has appointed Thomas William Blennerhassett of Wellington to be chairman of the Higher Salaries Commission for a period of 2 years commencing on the 15th day of October 1994 and ceasing on the 14th day of October 1996.
