The Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 3, 1994 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 3, 1994. The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1972, signed on the 1st day of June 1972* issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27a of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is revoked. Schedule SITUATED within Whangarei District at Waipu: Argyle Street. Braemar Lane. Cove Road: from Nova Scotia Road to the bridge over the Waionehu Stream. Ferry Road. Insley Road. Nova Scotia Drive: from The Centre to a point 260 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Nova Scotia Drive from The Centre. Shoemaker Road: from Ferry Road to a point 350 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Shoemaker Road from Ferry Road. South Road: from Cove Road to a point 150 metres measured southerly, generally, along South Road from Cove Road. St Marys Road: from The Centre to a point 520 metres measured southerly, generally, along St Marys Road from The Centre.
