Change of Class of St Andrew's Intermediate School Pursuant to section 153 (1) (b) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that St Andrew's Intermediate School will become a composite school (Form 14) on the 28th day of January 1995, and cease to be an intermediate school on that day.
