Review of Undertaking in Respect of Alloy Wheels From Australia By notice dated 18 March 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 March 1991 (at page 964), the Minister of Commerce accepted an undertaking under section 15 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, in respect of the goods described in the Schedule to this notice. Having reviewed the continued need for the undertaking pursuant to section 15 (7) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, the Minister of Commerce has decided that the undertaking shall remain in force. The brief reason for the decision is that if the undertaking was to be removed, the domestic industry would suffer material injury as a result of the importation of subsidised goods. Schedule Description of Goods Subject to Review: Country of Origin Aluminium alloy wheels for passenger motor vehicles Australia The goods are currently classifiable under Tariff Item and Statistical Keys 8708.70.02.01A and 8708.70.19.11J of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
