Harbour Limits (Kaituna River) Order 1994 Catherine A Tizard, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At Wellington this 11th day of July 1994 Present: Her Excellency The Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order. O r d e r 1. Title and commencement (1) This order may be cited as the Harbour Limits (Kaituna River) Order 1994. (2) This order shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Kaituna River harbour limits redefined The limits specified in the Schedule to this order are hereby defined as the limits of the Kaituna River harbour. 3. Revocations The Order in Council defining the harbour limits of Maketu Estuary and little Waihi Estuary, Kaituna River, and the Waioeka and Otara Rivers* is hereby consequentially amended: (a) By revoking so much of the Schedule as relates to the Kaituna River, and (b) By omitting from the order all other references to the Kaituna River. Schedule All the waters from the Rotorua District boundary across the Kaituna River at a point at the approximate position 37 56.2S and 176 20.6E to the inner limit of the territorial sea across the mouth of the Kaituna River.
