Appointment of Deputy Chairperson and Member of the Broadcasting Commission and Members of the Broadcasting Standards Authority On 23 June 1994, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand appointed William James Fraser as a member of the Broadcasting Standards Authority for a term of 3 years from commencing on 16 September 1994, pursuant to section 26 (1) of the Broadcasting Act 1989; Lyndsay Margaret Loates as a member of the Broadcasting Standards Authority for a term of 3 years commencing on 1 July 1994, pursuant to section 26 (1) of the Broadcasting Act 1989; Pamela Meekings-Stewart as a member of the Broadcasting Commission for a term of 3 years commencing on 1 July 1994, pursuant to section 46 (1) of the Broadcasting Act 1989; and reappointed: James Richard Alan Stevenson as Deputy Chairperson of the Broadcasting Commission for a term of 3 years commencing on 1 July 1994, pursuant to section 46 (1) of the Broadcasting Act 1989.
