Additional Judge of the Court of Appeal Appointed Pursuant to section 58 (9) of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council and with the concurrence of the Chief Justice and the President of the Court of Appeal, has been pleased to appoint The Right Honourable Sir Gordon Ellis Bisson, a former member of the Court of Appeal to act as an additional Judge of the Court of Appeal for a period of 3 months commencing on the 2nd day of May 1994.
