The Traffic (Kaipara District) Notice No. 1, 1994 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kaipara District) Notice No. 1, 1994. The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. The Traffic (Otamatea County) Notice No. 4, 1969, dated on the 21st day of October 1969*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked. Schedule SITUATED within Kaipara District at Tinopai: Goebel Street. Komiti Road. Mariner Cove. Moana Road. Ngatoto Road: from Tinopai Road to a point 350 metres measured easterly, generally, along Ngatoto Road from Moana Road. Sandy Beach Road: from Komiti Road to a point 600 metres measured westerly, generally, along Sandy Beach Road from Ngatoto Road.
