Notice of Result of Poll on Loan Proposal Pursuant to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the electors of the Rototai Road, Park Avenue, Dodson Road, Central Takaka Road, Three Oaks, Burnside Road, Motupipi, Clifton, Selwyn Street, Pohara, Richmond Road, Pohara Valley and Tarakohe as defined as Areas A and B on TDC Map 1058/3 (but excluding Tata Beach and Ligar Bay) taken on the 22nd day of April 1994, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $1,000,000 to be known as the Takaka-Pohara Sewerage Loan (No 2) 1993, for the purpose of constructing sewerage reticulation resulted as follows: The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 105. The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 183. The number of informal votes was 3. I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected. Dated this 28th day of April 1994. K. L. F.
