Hamoko Investments Limited Notice of Intention to Remove from Register Pursuant to Sections 293 and 295 of the Companies Act 1955 (the ``Act'') Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove Hamoko Investments Limited, whose registered office is situated at Fifteenth Floor, DFC Harbour Tower, 2 Hunter Street, Wellington, from the Register by request pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Act on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, had discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Act.
