Limited (WN. 042459) Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From Register Pursuant to Sections 293 and 295 of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act'') Take notice that Bitumix Limited, being a member of Emoleum (N.Z.) Limited (an incorporated company having its registered office at 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington), intends to make a request to the Registrar of Companies under section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, that Emoleum (N.Z.) Limited be removed from the Register on the ground that that company will have no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 211 of the Act for an order putting the company into liquidation. Any objection under section 296 of the Act to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 15 December 1994 (being 28 days from the date of publication of this Notice).
