China Trade & Investment (NZ) Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal by the Registrar from the Company's Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 (as Amended by the Companies Amendment Act 1993) Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended by the Companies Amendment Act 1993) that China Trade & Investment (NZ) Limited, having its registered office at 25 Rhode Street, Hamilton, intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton for the removal of the company from the Register. The application will be made under section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended) as a result of a special resolution of the members of the company that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Companies Act 1955.
