Notice of Intent to Seek the Removal of a Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Synet Communications (1990) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 151 Victoria Street West, Auckland: In terms of section 293 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, as inserted by the Companies Amendment Act 1993, we hereby give notice that we propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the company to be removed from the Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed all its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Act.
