Notice of Resolution for Declaration of Dissolution of a Company In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Pumpkin Land Holdings Limited: Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of June 1994, the shareholders passed the following resolution: ``That application be made to dissolve the company, pursuant to section 335a of the Companies Act 1955.''
