Notice of Declaration of Dissolution of the Company In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and its amendments, and in the matter of an an application for dissolution of Collings THK Financial Planning Limited, pursuant to section 335a of the said Act: Take notice that I, Dennis John King of New Plymouth, being the secretary of Collings THK Financial Planning Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at New Plymouth, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for a declaration of dissolution of the said company, pursuant to section 335a of the Companies Act 1955, and unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies within 30 days of the date of the publication or posting of this notice, the Registrar may dissolve the company.
