Notice of Proposal for a Declaration of Dissolution of the Company In the matter of section 335a of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Monitoring Systems International Limited: Take notice that I, Johnathon Norman Perry, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington for a declaration of dissolution of the company, Monitoring Systems International Limited, upon the grounds that the said company has ceased to operate and has discharged all its debts and liabilities and further take notice that unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington within 30 days from the date that this notice is published, the Registrar of Companies may dissolve the company.
