Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court Take notice that on 15 July 1994, an application for the winding up of Jenkinson & Nilsson Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier. The High Court at Napier ordered on 29 September 1994 that the proceedings be transferred to the High Court at Auckland.
