Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court Take notice that on Friday, the 10th day of December 1993, an application for the winding up of Foodpak (Canterbury) Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 31st day of January 1994 at 10 o'clock.
