Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 18 Upper Harbour Drive It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 7 September 1994 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 18 known as Upper Harbour Drive commencing at the western boundary of Tauhinu Road and William Pitcher Place at RP 6/0.94 and extending in a generally easterly direction to the western boundary of the Albany Highway at RP 6/5.00 a distance of approximately 4.06 kilometres, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 3 of Plan LA 10/68/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road.
