That the name of the applicant PATRICK JOHN CAVANAGH be restored to the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand; 2. That the order for restoration of the name of the applicant to the roll be subject to the condition that the applicant shall not practise as a solicitor on his own account, whether in partnership or otherwise, until authorised by the Tribunal to do so; 3.
