Second Cell Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager We, Marie Rosina Blyth and Gordon Vyvian Pritchard with reference to Second Cell Limited, hereby give notice that on the 4th day of March 1994, they appointed Rodney Arthur De Terte to be the receiver and manager of the property of the company under the powers contained in a registered debenture, dated the 5th day of July 1993.
