Notice of Resolution for Alteration of Memorandum of Association In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, in the matter of Hawera Star Publishing Company Limited: Notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting to be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, the 4th day of July 1994 at the offices of Independent Newspapers Limited, Fifth Floor, NZI House, 2535 Victoria Street, Wellington, the above-named company intends to propose as a special resolution, a resolution for the alteration of the provisions of the memorandum of the company, with respect to the objects and powers of the company in the following terms: That pursuant to sections 15 and 18 of the Companies Act 1955, the memorandum of association of the company is hereby amended by omitting all the objects and powers of the company contained therein and that henceforth the company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person (including those powers set out in sections 15a (1) (a) to (h)).''
