Fourth Quarter Investments Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator On 16 November 1994 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Fourth Quarter Investments Limited be liquidated and that Bruce R. Sheppard and Greg N. Rathbun of Auckland, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of November 1994.
