Notice of Special Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Christchurch Gas Limited: Notice is hereby given that by entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 29th day of October 1993, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely: ``That as a result of the company ceasing to trade, a declaration of solvency was filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, and it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter G. Steel of Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.''
