Notice by Advertisement of Special Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Clifton Farming Company (No. 2) Limited (in voluntary liquidation and members' winding up): That the members of the above-named company by way of entry in the company's minute book, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, have on the 26th day of October 1993, passed the following special resolution: ``Declarations of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily and that John Francis Butchard, be appointed liquidator.''
