Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Directorate Management Limited: Notice is given that after delivery to the Registrar of Companies on the 22nd day of November 1993 of a declaration of solvency, pursuant to the provisions of section 274 of the above-named company by minute, entered in its minute book, pursuant to the provisions of section 362, passed the following resolution as a special resolution on the 13th day of December 1993: ``That the company, having filed a declaration of solvency, pursuant to section 274 of the Companies Act 1955, be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Boyd Guise of the Eleventh Floor, Southpac Tower, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, be and is appointed liquidator of the company.'' Notice is given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above-named company which is being wound up voluntarily, fixes the 14th day of January 1994, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
