Notice of Meeting of Creditors In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Pharazyn Trading Limited (trading as Trafalgar Health & Beauty): Notice is hereby given that by entry in its minute book, on the 29th day of November 1993, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, Pharazyn Trading Limited, passed a resolution for a creditors voluntary winding up and accordingly a meeting of creditors will be held at the Davis Lecture Theatre, Museum Building, Watt Street, Wanganui on Wednesday, the 8th day of December 1993 at 10 a.m. in the forenoon.
