Cancellation of the Vesting in the Hauraki DistrictCouncil and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to sections 27 (1) and 24 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator, Waikato Conservancy, Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Hauraki District Council and revokes the reservation as a local purpose (municipal buildings) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
