Classification of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to adelegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a historic reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act and subject to the public right of way created by section 41 (2) of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act 1914.
