The Traffic (Timaru District) Notice No. 2, 1993 Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Timaru District) Notice No. 2, 1993. The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. Schedule SITUATED within Timaru District at Timaru: No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from the southern bridge abutment over Saltwater Creek to a point 100 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said State highway from the said bridge abutment.
