Order for Confiscation Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 T. 18/93 On 16 November 1993 at the High Court at Hamilton Mark Richard Wilcox of 75 Kauri Point, Laingholm was convicted and sentenced to 6 years and 3 months imprisonment following his conviction on supplying a class A drug (2), manufacturing a class A drug (2) and possession for supply of a class A drug (2). And in addition to the above penalty Justice P. G. S. Penlington has ordered that a 1976 Cheverolet Corvette motor vehicle, registered number OC6014, owned by the above-named defendant Mark Richard Wilcox be forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 and section 32 (4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.
