Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of section 335a of the Companies Act 1955, I, Michael Honeyfield, company secretary of Wellington, propose to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Wellington for a declaration of dissolution of Farmers' Stud Stock Limited. Unless written objection to such action is made to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington within 30 days of the date of this notice, the Registrar may dissolve the company.
