TIZARD, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At Wellington this 23rd day of November 1993 Present: Her Excellency the Governor-General in Council Pursuant to section 17 of the Maori Purposes Act 1943, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby appoint Charles Tohara Mohi, of Hastings, retired teacher, to be a trustee of the will of Pukepuke Tangiora in the place of George Matua Evans, who has resigned, which office as such trustee shall, in accordance with section 17 (1) (a) of the Maori Purposes Act 1943, be held by the said Charles Tohara Mohi during the pleasure of the Governor-General in Council.
