Pursuant to section 32(1)(a) of the Waitakere Ranges Heritage Area Act 2008, Auckland Council hereby gives notice that a Deed of Acknowledgment between Te Kawerau ā Maki, Auckland Council and the Crown was entered into on Thursday, 2 October 2025, in accordance with sections 29 and 30 of the Waitakere Ranges Heritage Area Act 2008.
