Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Belgium
Pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993,
the above-named company hereby gives notice that the company intends, after the 18th day of August 2003, to apply to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the transfer of its effective seat of management to Belgium, therefore becoming subject to the law in Belgium.
