Pursuant to Regulation 129 (6) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to a subdelegation from the Director of Land Transport Safety by an instrument dated 3 May 1999,
I, Peter Graeme Croft, Manager Safer Roads hereby amend the "Traffic Signs-Temporary Warning and Vehicle Mounted Signs" notice dated 25 August 2000"* by:
(a) deleting from the said notice the sign described in the First Schedule; and
(b) inserting in the said notice, as described, the signs in the Second Schedule to this notice.
First Schedule
