AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 1) 2006

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Manager, Trade Rules and Remedies Group of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following Notice.

NOTICE

1. Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2006.

2. Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 December 2006.

3. Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by Tariff item and code 5703.20.09 09F, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
