Pursuant to section 65ZD(3) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance makes the following statement:
“On 7 November 2008, I, The Honourable Dr Michael John Cullen, Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Crown, gave a guarantee to Public Trust in relation
to the interest payable to estates whose money constitutes the common fund, under section 50 of the Public Trust Act 2001.”
