Revocation of Exemptions
Under Section 160 (7) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982
Pursuant to section 160 (7) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982 ("the Act"), I hereby revoke the exemptions granted to Union Care Credit Union (formerly The Post Office Investment Society Limited) on the
26th day of April 1989, from the following provisions of the Act:
Sections 106 (3), 107, 108 and 112.
