I, Mark Jacobs, Director of Public Health, Ministry of Health, acting under delegation from the Minister of Health, on the application of The Right Reverend Philip Richardson, Bishop of Taranaki, and being satisfied that the provisions of section 45A(1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 have been met, hereby make the following order:
The Graveyard at Taranaki Cathedral of St Mary,
New Plymouth, shall be reopened on and from
7 September 2012 under the control and management
of The Taranaki Church of England Trust Board.
