1. Under clause 5(c) of Schedule 1 of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, the Electricity Authority ("Authority")
adopts the amendment entitled Procurement Plan (Demand-side Bidding and Forecasting) Amendment 2012 ("Amendment") as having legal effect.
2. The Amendment amends the Procurement Plan, which was incorporated by reference on 1 December 2011 into the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 ("Code").
3. The Amendment aligns the Procurement Plan with the Electricity Industry Participation (Demand-side Bidding and Forecasting) Code Amendment 2011.
4. The Amendment comes into force at 1.30pm on 28 June 2012.
