The Podiatrists Board prescribes the following fees payable (all inclusive of G.S.T.). This notice is given under the authority of section 36 of the Medical Auxiliaries Act 1966 ("the Act") and shall come into force on 2 March 2000.
(a) Registration Fees:
Application for registration, under section 14 of the Act and regulation 4 of the Podiatrists Regulations 1982, shall be $230.00.
Issue of a certificate of registration, under section 19 of the Act, shall be $36.00.
(b) Register of Podiatrists Fees:
Restoration of a name to the Register of Podiatrists, under section 21 of the Act, shall be $70.00.
Inspection of the Register of Podiatrists, under section 24 of the Act, shall be $36.00.
(c) Annual Licence Fees:
Issue of an annual licence, under section 34 of the Act, for the year ending 31 March 2000 shall be $370.00.
Issue of an annual licence, under section 34 of the Act, for years after the year ending 31 March 2000 shall be $450.00.
(d) Document Fees:
Supplying to a podiatrist any document for the purposes of seeking registration overseas shall be $47.00.
(e) Examination Fees:
Examinations conducted by or on behalf of the Board, under regulation 4 (1) (b) of the Podiatrists Regulations 1982, shall be $1,000.00.
