Pursuant to 2.9 (5) of Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Equipment 2004 (“the Rule”), made under section 152 of the Land Transport Act 1998, and acting under delegated authority, I, John Patrick White, Manager Safer Vehicle Policy, Land Transport New Zealand, hereby specify Bureau Veritas New Zealand Limited as an organisation to verify compliance with the child restraint standard specified in section 2.9 (4) (f) of the Rule.
