Notice to Members to Claim
In the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908,
and in the matter of LAKE VIEW GOLF CLUB INCORPORATED (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, along with Thomas Lee Rodewald, joint and several liquidators of the above-named incorporated society, hereby fix 31 January 2010, as the day on or before which the members of the incorporated society are to make their claims (unless having already done so) or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made.
By resolution of the voting members, pursuant to rule 39 of the club's rules, life members and financial full playing members of this club as at 18 December 2002, are entitled to a pro rata share of any surplus on wind up.

Any estate of any eligible member as at 18 December 2002 will be entitled to a share of any surplus.
