Notice of Proposal to Sell the Rights to the Above named Motion Picture
The Trustee Act 1956
On The Ball Productions Limited, as trustee of the On The Ball Productions Benefit Trust, hereby gives notice that it proposes to sell the rights the trust owns to the motion picture Footrot Flats: A Dog's Tale and all related books, sound tracks and other related products, wind up the trust and distribute the proceeds to the beneficiaries.
The beneficiaries are the original investors (the Special Partners) in the Special Partnership On The Ball Productions Limited and Company, which was formed in October 1985 to produce the motion picture Footrot Flats: A Dog's Tale.
All beneficiaries are being notified by mail to their last known address.
If you are, think you may be, or know of anyone who is
