Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 350 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Murray International Holdings (NZ) Limited intends, after the 5th day of October 2000, to apply under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Guernsey.
