Schedule, notifies that a nohoanga entitlement has been granted on 22 June 2005 to the Ngati Tuwharetoa (Bay of Plenty) governance entity, The Ngati Tuwharetoa (Bay
of Plenty) Settlement Trust, over the land in the Schedule.
