Revocation of a Notice Relating to Declaration of a Walkway—Blackhead, Dunedin City
Under section 40 of the Walking Access Act 2008, I declare that the New Zealand Walking Access Commission revokes the notice declaring a walkway known as the Tunnel Beach Walkway, dated 30 March 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 April 1992, No. 50, page 1060, over the parcels of land described in the Schedule below.
The areas marked “G”, “H” on SO 553161 (Record of Title 1110765), “I”, “J”, “K” on SO 553161 (Record of Title 1110766) and “C”, “E” on SO 21351 (Record of Title 170433).
