Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Lake Taupo Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2015.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2015.

2. Abolition of Lake Taupo Rural Fire District—The Lake Taupo Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.

3. Lake Taupo Rural Fire District Notice—The Lake Taupo Rural Fire District Notice 1993* is hereby revoked.
